In a mixing bowl, add your mayo, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and honey (optional) and mix thoroughly

Add a dash of water if your sauce is too thick. Season to taste
Preparing Shrimp
Peel and devein your shrimp if needed. Also, remove the tails
In a mixing bowl, add Buttermilk(used ½ qt), egg, and a few dashes of hot sauce
Add in shrimp and let marinate for 30 min+ before cooking
In a separate bowl, add ½ cup flour and ½ cup corn starch. Season flour with all purpose seasoning (low salt), cajun seasoning, pepper, and a pinch old bay
Take shrimp from buttermilk mixture and dip the shrimp in the seasoned flour to get a nice even coating on all of the shrimp.
Place coated shrimp on wire rack for 5 minute
Give each shrimp another coating of the seasoned flour
Fry your shrimp in 350-375 degree oil for about 2-3 minutes on each side
Remove from oil and let drain on a wire rack to keep them crispy
Add shrimp a few at a time to sauce. Let them rest on wire rack after sauce to let excess drip of if you want.
Top with green onion and serve immediately
