Crust
- 2 cups Dunkaroos Cereal
- ½ stick Butter
Cheesecake
- 3 blocks blocks of softened cream cheese
- 1 cup Sugar
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup sprinkles
Prepare Crust
Blend Dunkaroos cereal in a food processor until fine
Melt butter
Mix melted butter and Dunkaroos crumble
Add to crumble to a 8in springform pan and bake for 8 min on 350
Cheesecake
Beat your softened cream cheese with a mixer
Add in sugar, sour cream, vanilla and mix
Add in eggs one at a time
Fold in sprinkles
Wrap the outside of the springform or cheesecake pan with your crust in it with a double layer of foil
Add ½ of your cheesecake batter to the crust
Top first ½ of batter with some crumbled Dunkaroos cereal
Add the remaining cheesecake batter on top
Decorate with more Dunkaroos on top
Add your cheesecake into roasting pan or baking dish. Add in a few cups of boiling water to your roasting pan
Bake on 375 for around 1h-1h 15m. Turn the oven off, open the door slightly, and let it sit in the oven for 1 hr or until at room temp.
Let cheesecake cool in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight
