- Lobster Tails
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon old bay
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- cajun seasoning (to taste)
- Parsley
Prep your lobster tails by cutting open the shell and removing the vein. Place the meat on top of the shell. See video for more details
Melt your butter and add in the seasonings listed above
Separate out half of your seasoned butter
Brush the tops and bottoms lobster tail meat with half of your seasoned butter. Save the other half for later
Bake on 400 deg for 15 minutes. Do not overcook or these will become rubbery
Add the remaining butter mixture to the top followed by a squeeze of lemon juice
