Ingredients
  

  • Lobster Tails
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon old bay
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • cajun seasoning (to taste)
  • Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Prep your lobster tails by cutting open the shell and removing the vein. Place the meat on top of the shell. See video for more details
  • Melt your butter and add in the seasonings listed above
  • Separate out half of your seasoned butter
  • Brush the tops and bottoms lobster tail meat with half of your seasoned butter. Save the other half for later
  • Bake on 400 deg for 15 minutes. Do not overcook or these will become rubbery
  • Add the remaining butter mixture to the top followed by a squeeze of lemon juice
