Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Cut a slit or pocket into the side of your chicken breast. Be sure not to cut all the way through
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, boursin cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and italian seasoning and mix thoroughly
Add in your lump crab and old bay seasoning and gently fold into mixture. Set aside
Season each side of your chicken and inside the pocket with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
Stuff your crab mixture into the pocket of each chicken breast
Add 2 tablespoon oil to a hot skillet and add your chicken (top side first) and cook for around 2 minutes.
Flip chicken and add butter, garlic paste, honey and lemon juice to the skillet. Baste chicken in honey garlic butter mixture for another 2 minutes or so
Now place skillet (make sure its oven safe) in a 400 deg oven for another 15-20 minutes until chicken is done
Baste chicken with butter mixture once more and serve over mashed potatoes or rice
