Ingredients
  

  • 3-5 Chicken Breast
  • 8 oz Lump Crab
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (room temp)
  • 5 oz Boursin garlic and herb Cheese (room temp)
  • ½ cup Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package Ranch Seasoning
  • Old Bay
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Paste (or minced garlic)
  • ½ Lemon (juice)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • Cut a slit or pocket into the side of your chicken breast. Be sure not to cut all the way through
  • In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, boursin cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and italian seasoning and mix thoroughly
  • Add in your lump crab and old bay seasoning and gently fold into mixture. Set aside
  • Season each side of your chicken and inside the pocket with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
  • Stuff your crab mixture into the pocket of each chicken breast
  • Add 2 tablespoon oil to a hot skillet and add your chicken (top side first) and cook for around 2 minutes. 
  • Flip chicken and add butter, garlic paste, honey and lemon juice to the skillet. Baste chicken in honey garlic butter mixture for another 2 minutes or so
  • Now place skillet (make sure its oven safe) in a 400 deg oven for another 15-20 minutes until chicken is done
  • Baste chicken with butter mixture once more and serve over mashed potatoes or rice
