Honey Balsamic Sauce:
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon honey
Brussels Sprouts
- Brussels Sprouts
- Olive Oil
- Preferred Seasonings
Preheat oven to 425ยบ
Wash and dry your brussels sprouts
Cut the end off and slice them in half
Toss in a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and seasoning of your choice
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or and spray with cooking spray
Place your sprouts on the baking sheet. If you want a nice golden brown caramelization you can place them all face down.
Roast for 20 minutes. Give them a shake or flip half way through.
Add your sprouts to a bowl and toss in the sauce once they come out
