Honey Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

These Honey Balsamic Brussels Sprouts are the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and crispy! Roasted to perfection, they feature a caramelized honey glaze with a rich balsamic reduction, enhancing their natural flavors. This easy side dish pairs well with any meal, offering a delicious crunch with every bite. Whether you're looking for a healthy vegetable dish or a flavorful holiday side, these Brussels sprouts will impress!

Ingredients
  

Honey Balsamic Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon honey

Brussels Sprouts

  • Brussels Sprouts
  • Olive Oil
  • Preferred Seasonings

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425º
  • Wash and dry your brussels sprouts
  • Cut the end off and slice them in half
  • Toss in a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and seasoning of your choice
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or and spray with cooking spray
  • Place your sprouts on the baking sheet. If you want a nice golden brown caramelization you can place them all face down.
  • Roast for 20 minutes. Give them a shake or flip half way through.
  • Add your sprouts to a bowl and toss in the sauce once they come out
