- Large Shrimp (thawed)
- Pasta (Gigli)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- Sun Dried Tomatoes
- ½ Lemon (juice)
- ¼ stick Butter
- 1 tablespoon chili onion cruch (or chili oil)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- Red Pepper Flakes
- parmigiano reggiano
- Parsley
In a pan, cook the shrimp 2-3 minutes on each side in oil and butter. Season with cajun seasoning and garlic prior to cooking. Remove from pan
Start boiling your pasta according to package
Add ¼ stick butter, Chili onion crunch(I got this from trader joes, but feel free to sub with another chili oil), garlic or garlic powder, red pepper flakes, onion powder, sun dried tomatoes, and heavy cream. Let that simmer for a few minutes.
Add in some parmigiano reggiano cheese, stir, and remove from heat
Immediate add in your shrimp and cooked pasta.
Top with more parmigiano reggiano & parsley
