Ingredients
Crust
- 2 cupsDunkaroos Cereal
- ½ stickButter
Cheesecake
- 3 blocksblocks of softened cream cheese
- 1 cupSugar
- ⅔ cupsour cream
- 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
- 3eggs
- ¼ cupsprinkles
Instructions
Prepare Crust
- 1Blend Dunkaroos cereal in a food processor until fine
- 2Melt butter
- 3Mix melted butter and Dunkaroos crumble
- 4Add to crumble to a 8in springform pan and bake for 8 min on 350
Cheesecake
- 1Beat your softened cream cheese with a mixer
- 2Add in sugar, sour cream, vanilla and mix
- 3Add in eggs one at a time
- 4Fold in sprinkles
- 5Wrap the outside of the springform or cheesecake pan with your crust in it with a double layer of foil
- 6Add 1/2 of your cheesecake batter to the crust
- 7Top first 1/2 of batter with some crumbled Dunkaroos cereal
- 8Add the remaining cheesecake batter on top
- 9Decorate with more Dunkaroos on top
- 10Add your cheesecake into roasting pan or baking dish. Add in a few cups of boiling water to your roasting pan
- 11Bake on 375 for around 1h-1h 15m. Turn the oven off, open the door slightly, and let it sit in the oven for 1 hr or until at room temp.
- 12Let cheesecake cool in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight
