2 cupsDunkaroos Cereal
½ stickButter

Cheesecake

3 blocksblocks of softened cream cheese
1 cupSugar
⅔ cupsour cream
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
3eggs

Instructions

Prepare Crust

1Blend Dunkaroos cereal in a food processor until fine
2Melt butter
3Mix melted butter and Dunkaroos crumble
4Add to crumble to a 8in springform pan and bake for 8 min on 350

Cheesecake

1Beat your softened cream cheese with a mixer
2Add in sugar, sour cream, vanilla and mix
3Add in eggs one at a time
4Fold in sprinkles
5Wrap the outside of the springform or cheesecake pan with your crust in it with a double layer of foil
6Add 1/2 of your cheesecake batter to the crust
7Top first 1/2 of batter with some crumbled Dunkaroos cereal
8Add the remaining cheesecake batter on top
9Decorate with more Dunkaroos on top
10Add your cheesecake into roasting pan or baking dish. Add in a few cups of boiling water to your roasting pan
11Bake on 375 for around 1h-1h 15m. Turn the oven off, open the door slightly, and let it sit in the oven for 1 hr or until at room temp.
12Let cheesecake cool in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight
