5. The Grubb Club Membership

• What it costs. The Grubb Club is $5 per month (USD), charged to the payment method you provide at checkout.
• It renews automatically. Your membership is a recurring monthly subscription. It renews automatically every month and your card is charged each month until you cancel. There is no long-term contract.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your member dashboard, through our secure billing portal. When you cancel, you keep your membership benefits through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial months, since you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. If something went wrong, contact us at thadailyspecial@gmail.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
• Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• Deleting your account. Deleting your account from your account settings cancels your membership immediately and stops any further charges.
• Member benefits can change. Participating restaurants, discounts, and perks are provided by independent third-party businesses and may change or end over time. We don't guarantee that any specific perk will remain available, and we're not responsible for the products, services, or conduct of participating businesses.
• Price changes. If we change the membership price, we'll give you advance notice and the change will only apply to billing periods after that notice.

6. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
