Honey Butter Skillet Corn
Ingredients
- 2 pc Bacon (optional)
- 1 bag frozen corn (fresh if in season)
- ½ stick butter
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1-2 tablespoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoon honey
- ½ tablespoon salt
Instructions
- In a large skillet, add your bacon and cook through. Remove bacon but leave bacon grease
- Add in your corn and heat through
- Add in ½ stick butter
- Add in 2 tablespoon heavy cream
- Add in your salt and black pepper
- Add in honey and mix thoroughly
- Dice bacon and add back in (optional)
