Spicy Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients

  • Large Shrimp (thawed)
  • Pasta (Gigli)
  • 1 cupHeavy Cream
  • Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • ½Lemon (juice)
  • ¼ stickButter
  • 1 tablespoonchili onion cruch ((or chili oil))
  • 1 teaspoonGarlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoonOnion Powder
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • parmigiano reggiano
  • Parsley

Instructions

  1. 1In a pan, cook the shrimp 2-3 minutes on each side in oil and butter. Season with cajun seasoning and garlic prior to cooking. Remove from pan
  2. 2Start boiling your pasta according to package
  3. 3Add 1/4 stick butter, Chili onion crunch(I got this from trader joes, but feel free to sub with another chili oil), garlic or garlic powder, red pepper flakes, onion powder, sun dried tomatoes, and heavy cream. Let that simmer for a few minutes.
  4. 4Add in some parmigiano reggiano cheese, stir, and remove from heat
  5. 5Immediate add in your shrimp and cooked pasta.
  6. 6Top with more parmigiano reggiano & parsley
