Members showcase a digital Grubb Club membership card or use a custom promo code (provided by you, based on your POS system) to get discounts. Let's serve up something great, together.

It's free
Free for businesses to participate. The goal is to drive traffic while helping members save.
Offers that work best
To get the most out of the program, bring great value to the customer. A free soda is easy to offer, but it rarely makes members choose you specifically. Here are a few things we've seen work well:
- 15 to 20% off a meal or item (10% off is the minimum for the program)
- A free item such as an appetizer or entree with purchase
- Buy one, get one free
- A dollar amount off an item (e.g. $3 off any burger)
- Kids eat free
- A free item for the first 50 members on a set date, then a discount for everyone after
- Timed specials (e.g. between 4:00p and 7:00p members get a special discount)
Get creative with your offers to set yours apart.
How it works
Joining is simple, free, and flexible. You choose the discount, we bring the patrons. No additional hardware or software is needed on your end. We do ask that specials run at least a month, since Grubb Club members subscribe monthly, and you can run multiple discounts in the same month on different items. It's also great if you can track Grubb Club uses in your POS for data purposes. Once accepted, you'll receive an email with your start date and any additional info needed.
Confirming active members
For in-person transactions, confirm the customer is an active Grubb Club member before awarding a discount. The customer logs in and shows their membership card on their phone. A live date and time runs above the card, so make sure it shows the current date and exact time. That live clock prevents people from sharing screenshots of a card. Members may also use a custom promo code you provide.
