
Salmon Patties

Ingredients
- 2 cans Double Q's Salmon
- 1 Half Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Half Onion
- ¾ cup Panko/Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs 1 per can of salmon
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Old Bay Seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
- All Purpose Seasoning
Instructions
- Add salmon to a mixing bowl
- Use hands to break salmon apart
- Remove bones
- Add 2 eggs
- Add panko
- Add seasonings
- Use hand to mix salmon and seasonings
- Form mixture into 4oz - 5oz balls
- Preheat skillet
- Add 1 - 2 tablespoons of oil to skillet
- Add salmon ball to skillet and immediately press to form patty
- Cook for 4 minutes on each side
